Although we are happy to assist you online via our website, we do have a brick and mortar store to make things that bit easier for you. Our hours listed below are for the retail store, the grooming departmant may start at 9am. 

Drop off or pick up your packages at our shop. You need to print your own labels or bring us the QR code to scan.

We do not have any access to package information or control over delivery logistics.

All inquires will need to go through the shipping provider.
